Boost your immune system with aloe and ginger.

In ancient medicine, Aloe has been used for stomach discomfort and as a body warming substance. Extract from its thorny leaves has strong antioxidant, antipyretic and analgesic properties. It has some glycoproteins and polysaccharides.

They boost immune system and increase production of antibodies in the blood stream. Decrease breeding of viruses and improve overall body regeneration.

Have in mind, that the drink will be very bitter and very spicy (hot). Swallow it in small sips.

Heating is not a good idea, because the Aloe does not react well to heating and part of the compounds inside will be destroyed. Juice should be taken fresh.
